Assurance Professional (f/m/d)

Your day might start with a stand-up and coffee with your team to get focused, followed by discussions with talented colleagues about driving company change, client management meetings, and an internal retrospective. This involves a mix of individual and teamwork in a hybrid model. Whether you are in Berlin, Erlangen, or elsewhere, you will be close to clients to deliver top-notch assurance products.

• Conduct risk-based internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the organization’s internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes
• Support the development and execution of audit plans, including scoping, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices
• Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality audit execution and timely completion of audit projects
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by various business units

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, economics, accounting, finance, or business management
• Several years of experience in a commercial or financial role with an exposure to accounting and/or internal control policies preferred
• A verifiable history of high-level performance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate across multiple management tiers
• Practical understanding of Data Science and/or Data Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
• A commitment to continuous learning and readiness for global travel up to 50%.
