    Your Profile
    • Engineer / technical degree (technical college or university)
    • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment and in a multinational enterprise and at least 2 years of leadership experience
    • Experience in Quality System Planning and Quality Improvement methods
    • Ability to cooperate with other departments (Production, Engineering, Technology, Purchasing)
    • Comprehensive understanding of production processes in terms of quality, engineering, logistics and manufacturing
    • In-depth knowledge of problem-solving, quality, and continuous improvement tools and understanding of process variation (common vs. special cause variation) and process capability (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk)
    • Proven ability to present information to groups with credibility (front line and Supervisors / Managers / Site Directors)
    • Project Management skills, strong knowledge of business metrics, processes, systems,
    • Native Hungarian language
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
    • Flexibility to international travels, mostly in Europe
    • Comprehensive computer skills (MS Office; ERP handling)
    Advantage
    • Trained internal auditor according to ISO 9001, experience with ISO 14001 and 45001
    • Welding and/or NDT related experience is an advantage
    • SAP knowledge
    • Fluent German both verbal and written
    Responsibilities
    • Manage and develop the staff in the Quality team through involvement, delegation and regular reviews of performance based on defined KPI’s.
    • Establishes and maintains quality assurance standards, procedures, and controls and synchronize local Quality Management Systems with corporate standards
    • Serves as a key quality representative for system, product, process and customer audits.
    • Provide leadership and direction to cross-function team to drive simplification and eliminate defects.
    • Drive continuous improvement activities include quality, productivity, and delivery performance through use of Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, and standard metrics.
    • Drive Cost of Quality (COQ) and DPMO reduction activities
    • Track quality performance, make quality presentations, and take decision concerning the quality area.
    • Support or/and conduct Customer PPAP submission activities
