Financial Controller – Suffolk – Circa £54-60k + generous benefits

Your new role
As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing a small, dedicated accounting team and overseeing the daily accounting requirements for the business.
- Lead, manage and support the accounting team
- Financial management, including financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, alongside maintaining internal control procedures
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
- Cash-flow management and reporting
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
- Liaise with key external stakeholders including the banks and auditors
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Director, providing insightful financials
What you’ll need to succeed
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Staff management/supervisory experience preferable
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
