Your new role
You will be responsible for debt recovery and to maximise efficient Credit Control within the team.Key Responsibilities:
- Processing debt invoices via internal system
- Chasing any overdue accounts and arranging payment of invoices
- Resolve queries quickly and accurately whilst building great working relationships
- Support other members of the team as and when needed and liaise with the billings team
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience of debt chasing in a similar role
- Firm credit control approach but warm nature for relationship development
- Microsoft Excel and IT literate
