Debt Analyst – 6 month FTC
An exciting opportunity for a Debt Analyst has arisen with a financial services organisation in Bristol. The organisation are offering this role on a 6-month FTC, with the potential to go permanent. Salary for the role is £27,000 p/a. This is a fully remote role. Duties of the role include:
- High volume of internal and external emails chasing debt whilst providing excellent customer service
- Frequent liaison with other teams within the finance department
- Seek collections which ensure cash collection targets are met to reduce ageing
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experienced in collections
- Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage a changing workload
- Able to work on own initiative
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel – Pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
