Are you an experienced fitter/fabricator and operator, ready to join a family-owned arable business in Oxfordshire, running 1200 acres?
This is a well-equipped, modern farming enterprise running a fleet of brand new and slightly older machinery all of which is maintained to exceptionally high standards. The operation covers 3 blocks of land, one of which is the main farm and workshop.
The role will include servicing, repairs and maintenance on all agricultural equipment, and the opportunity to step up to operate a range of kit whenever needed.
The farm puts a high value on looking after their staff, including a healthy work life balance. During harvest and other busy times, the occasional Saturday or extra time may be required.
Essential Requirements
• To be located or willing to relocate close to Oxfordshire. There is no accommodation included with this role.
• Experience in maintaining and servicing a range of agricultural machinery, including welding.
• Ideally, a formal relevant qualification may be desired. Although, this is not essential.
• A Full UK driving license and experience operating a tractor as a minimum.
Salary will be dependent on prior experience.
