Gas Services
We
are growing the size and scope of our specialist Planning function, dedicated
to implementing standard process Resource Planning to our services and we are
now looking for a Resource Planner to join our operations function. This role
involves setting up forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling for our
services.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Experience within Resource
Planning, including forecasting, managing resource levels. - Able to demonstrate experience
in crafting forecasts and capacity planning models from scratch. - Ability to understand and
utilize data as an analyst, including in-depth Excel and reporting suite
skills. - Ideally experience working
within financial services. - Creating and building the
long-, medium- and short-term aspect of our forecasting. - Building and maintaining new
long term workforce capacity models and methods, striving to innovate
planning practices and techniques. - Recommending, building, and
maintaining short/medium term models to predict performance outcomes based
on existing resources and provide recommendations for improvements and
areas of opportunity.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s
degree in engineering or business administration - 5 years of
experience in a similar role in power generation or oil and gas industry - Knowledgeable
and expert utilizing MS project or Primavera 6 - Expert
knowledge using Excel. - Knowledge
and experience utilizing Cost Management Tools (SAP). - Proven
understanding of word-processing and integrated software applications.
