A Snapshot of Your Day
Managing daily cash flows, keeping an eye on bank balances, and making sure we’ve got the funds to keep the operations rolling. Forecasting cash flows, transferring funds, and keeping our financial planning on track with stakeholders. Handling foreign exchange transactions and hedging to protect against currency swings. Supporting CAPEX evaluations, monitoring investments, and controlling our assets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Treasury Management:
- Responsible for daily cash and bank payment process and book-keeping, monitor liquidity positions to ensure adequate funds for operational needs
- Proactively monitor cash and bank balance, responsible for monthly cash and bank reconciliation and bank account maintenance
- Executing cash management activities, such as cash flow forecasting and tracking, fund transfers etc.
- Foreign exchange management includes foreign exchange receipts and payments, hedging
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support financial planning and analysis activities related to treasury management
• Account payable management:
- Responsible for reviewing and archiving all supporting documents of payment requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements related to AP processes.
- Prepare payment list and upload payment file to bank
- Drive the task of clearing overdue AP items and pre-payments promptly
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date AP records and reports
- Simplify payment process and improve internal work efficiency.
• Fixed Assets management:
- Support business partners for CAPEX EVA calculation
- Investment forecast control and monitoring
- Fixed assets daily control
- Prepare the monthly investment controlling report
- Conduct annual physical counting of fixed assets
• Others:
- Controlling department routine tasks such as Monthly closing accounting vouchers, regular auditing/T&E support etc. prepare monthly forecast statistic report to government.
- Check reimbursement
- Assist in the development of financial digital tools
- ad-hoc / special projects and/or other assignments from line manager
What You Bring
- Bachelors (or local equivalent) Degree required in Accounting or finance,5-8 years’ experience with MNC in Finance and Accounting field and preferably a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Possess a strong knowledge and experience of General Ledger account knowledge and a thorough understanding of business processes and internal control structure.
- Familiar with ERP System e.g.SAP
- Fluent English skill in written and spoken and good presentation skills
- Willing to develop digitalized tools such as tableau, alteryx, Power BI to improve the daily work efficiency
