Overview of the role:
- Lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional domiciliary care services for older people.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to develop high-quality care services, focusing on person-centred care.
- Provide inspired leadership to the team, manage complaints, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Ideal candidate:
- Extensive care experience with exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams in domiciliary care services.
- Willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Strong understanding of compliance and legislative requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
