    Overview

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Admissions Manager to lead our dynamic team, who ideally speaks both English and French. The primary focus of this role is to increase student enrolment through targeted marketing initiatives and the promotion of our school’s distinctive mission and values. By delivering outstanding customer service to both prospective and current families, the Marketing & Admissions Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that annual enrolment targets-including registrations, confirmations, and final acceptances-are consistently met or exceeded.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a team of two (Admissions Manager and Digital Marketing Assistant)
    • Liaise with and manage the work done our external creative agency and website provider
    • Design and implement impactful marketing strategies to boost student admissions
    • Monitor performance metrics of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results
    • Plan and organise presentations at feeder schools
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration to promote the school to a wider audience
    • Organise presentations at feeder schools and identify new collaboration opportunities
    • Oversee the admissions process, ensuring compliance with ISI and legal standards
    • Support the team in creating engaging content and promoting key admissions events
    • Manage the department’s annual budget and liaise with internal teams
    • Continue to drive submission of education awards applications
    • Any ad-hoc duties requested by the Head of School

    Person Specification

    We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional with a solid background in digital marketing, preferably who speaks both English and French. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can inspire and manage a small team while effectively working with external agencies and partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires building strong relationships with prospective parents, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Ads and the ability to analyse campaign performance to inform future strategies are crucial. Additionally, you will bring a strong aptitude for data analysis to manage the Admissions software effectively.

    As a creative and strategic thinker, you will have a proven history of executing successful marketing campaigns and utilising innovative approaches to engage a wider audience. Your sales expertise will shine through in your ability to effectively communicate the school’s unique selling points, driving increased student enrolment.

    Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are vital in this role. We seek someone with a passion for education, a commitment to safeguarding, and dedication to upholding the school’s missions & values.
