: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Autism Support Assistant What You ll Do:

– Provide one-on-one support to students with autism, helping them thrive in a school environment
– Assist in implementing individual learning plans (IEPs) and sensory strategies
– Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere
– Foster social and communication skills through structured activities and play
– Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents

Autism Support Assistant What We re Looking For:

– Experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs (SEN)
– A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
– Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
– A passion for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
– A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
