Maintenance Manager The successful candidate will provide tactical and operational maintenance management of all mechanical, electrical, and fabric assets. Duties:
Leading the in house maintenance team of 4
Lead the primary Facilities Maintenance contractor, and all specialist/general contractors
Plan, co-ordinate, and deliver facilities maintenance in accordance with the strategy, and in line with annual budgets and Service Level Agreements
Responsibilities :
Support the Senior Facilities Manager in the management of all building/site technical/maintenance matters.
Manage the in-house maintenance team
To deliver quality services in a timely fashion, and in line with all SLAs
Requirements/skills/experience:
Strong people management skills
An experienced technician/engineer, with strong knowledge of all areas of building/site maintenance
Minimum of three years’ experience of managing teams
