Your new role
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their site team. The Site Manager will have a wide and varied remit, making full use of their experience and skills. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of high-quality medium to large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
What you’ll need to succeed
– CSCS/CSR card
– SMSTS qualification
– Relevant construction experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, education, refurbishment, and/or new build projects
– Proven ability to manage subcontractors in line with project programmes, safety, and environmental legislation
– Experience with temporary works procedures
– Strong leadership and IT skills
– Ability to produce short-term programmes
