As a Construction Design/Development Manager, you will oversee the design and development phases of various projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Architecture or Construction related background with experience.
- Proven experience in managing design and development projects within the construction industry.
