    As a Construction Design/Development Manager, you will oversee the design and development phases of various projects.
    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
    • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans.
    • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
    • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
    • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Architecture or Construction related background with experience.
    • Proven experience in managing design and development projects within the construction industry.
