Maintenance Electrician
Your new roleWe are seeking an electrician to join a local social housing maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services by carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties.
Responsibilities:
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Maintaining and repairing electrical fixtures and appliances.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.
- Adhering to strict health and safety regulations
- Completing repairs efficiently and within specified timeframes
Essential Requirements:
- Electrical NVQ/ City and Guilds Level 3
- 18th Edition
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in occupied properties
- Passion for delivering high-quality repairs
- Punctuality, reliability, and proficiency with small handheld tools
Preferred:
- Experience with social housing maintenance
- ECS
- Own van and tools
