    Your new role

    As a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with planning regulations.
    Your role will involve:

    • Spearhead investigations into unpaid financial obligations, using your expertise to uncover and resolve issues.
    • Engage with stakeholders to negotiate solutions, aiming to resolve breaches without resorting to formal legal action whenever possible.
    • Draft detailed enforcement reports and present compelling evidence in court, working closely with legal advisors to ensure robust and transparent decision-making.
    • Work alongside various teams, including legal advisors and planning managers, to drive successful enforcement outcomes.
    • Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices, ensuring that your knowledge is current and that you can provide expert advice.
