    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Ensure the completion and
      execution of project controlling tasks on schedule and at optimal cost/profit.
    • Maintain high standards of
      governance, quality, and customer satisfaction for all projects.
    • Monitor key financial KPIs,
      including revenue, gross profit, margin improvement, NCCs, and cash flows.
    • Ensure transparency and
      adherence to company policies, guidelines, and internal controls.
    • Oversee project timelines,
      cost management, cash flow maintenance, regular project reviews, claim and risk
      management, and month-end closing.
    • Conduct effective financial
      analysis, planning, and controlling, supported by adequate documentation (e.g.,
      from PM80 to PM100 and until PM700).
    • Handle the spare
      parts/services business for the region, from acquisition to delivery, with
      active interaction with customers and vendors.
    • Monitor accounts receivable
      and payable, facilitating timely payments from customers and to vendors.
    • Understand requirements for
      bank guarantees, foreign currency hedging, and letters of credit.
    • Approve procurement
      requirements (purchase requisitions) and ensure POs align with agreed terms and
      conditions and project procurement budgets.
    • Assist the Project Manager in
      executing timely project completion by aligning internal and external resource
      estimation with the project schedule.
    • Manage vendor payments by
      timely processing GRIR via AIMs tools, ensuring timely payments as per terms
      and conditions.
    • Liaise with corporate
      departments (CFR, RIC, Compliance) to ensure a clean and healthy business with
      financial integrity.
    • Prepare, analyze, and present
      project status during review meetings. Support the PM in updating project
      status in pDash/PMTX tools on a monthly basis.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business
      Administration or Finance.
    • 3-5 years of experience as a
      CPM handling long-term/complex projects.
    • Experience with project
      management methods, processes, and tools.
    • Familiarity with business
      processes (project execution, sales, purchasing, etc.).
    • Knowledge of accounting
      principles (FRGs).
    • Proficiency in asset
      management.
    • Experience in contract and
      claim management.
    • Expertise in project risk and
      opportunity management.
    • Excellent oral and written
      communication and presentation skills in English.
