    As a Operations Owner for OT CMDB in collaboration with OTSM team
    (Operational Technology Service Management), you will be responsible for
    managing and optimizing the OT CMDB operational delivery. You will plan and
    adjust service costs, create, maintain and improve internal processes, and
    ensure that service quality meets the required standards. You will work closely
    with various groups and external partners to ensure smooth service design,
    implementation and delivery. Your role will involve supervising the
    implementation of ITIL practices and ensuring compliance with industry
    standards.

    Operational
    Management:

    Take ownership for managing
    the OT CMDB service operations and ensuring that service quality meets the
    required standards.

    ITIL Practices
    : Solid background in implement and overseeing ITIL practices to enhance
    service management.

    Work closely with various groups and external partners to ensure smooth
    service delivery.

    Customer Focus:
    Continuously listen to our internal customers and align service priorities
    accordingly.

    Cost Planning:
    Plan and adjust service costs to ensure efficient use of resources.

    Monitoring:

    Monitor internal processes
    and find opportunities for optimization.

    What You Bring

    ·      
    Expertise
    : Strong knowledge of Service Management and related technologies, ideally
    including operational technology in the shopfloor environment.

    ·      
    Experience:
    Several years of experience in managing services and collaborating with
    various departments and external partners in a large enterprise environment.

    ·      
    Skills
    : Decision-making, problem-solving skills, and coordination of third-party
    providers.

    ·      
    ITIL Training:
    ITIL training is advantageous.

    ·      
    Technical Skills
    : Proficiency in Service Management & Service-Now.

    of Operational Control Center (OCC), a dedicated team focused on operational
    excellence and execution of IT processes. This team is responsible for managing
    and optimizing IT & OT services, ensuring that they meet the needs of the
