    How you will make an impact:

    • Orchestrate the field service organization for
      compression, overseeing a team dedicated to customer service excellence and
      technical support.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to
      optimize field service operations and ensure alignment with overall business
      compression field service objectives.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with
      clients, acting as a key liaison between the organization and customers.
    • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely
      responses to service requests and effective resolution of issues.
    • Lead and inspire a high-performing field service
      team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and
      customer-centric culture.
    • Manage resource allocation, staffing, and
      training to enhance team capabilities and performance.
    • Actively support all sections and departments of
      the Field Service community to drive efficiency, productivity at highest EHS
      and quality standards.
    • Enforce quality standards in field service
      operations, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain high-quality
      service delivery.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to
      enhance the overall effectiveness of field service processes
    • Build forecast strategy with input from service,
      new units being build, including manpower and tooling.
    • Actively drive cost out and productivity
      initiatives.
    • Main point of contact for all Field Service
      support enquiry’s both within and outside region.
    • Ability, initiative, and vision to set own
      targets to create, develop and drive improvement projects across the business
      both within and outside region.
    • Support project in the planning stage.
    • Support sales during offer phase, ensure
      accurate and realistic and competitive Field service and new unit bids.
    • Flexibility and drive to monitor and support
      multiple projects simultaneously, proactively give project support and
      solutions.
    • Focus on digitalization and simplification of
      processes and practices both in the back office as well as the field.
    • Establishment, develop and maintain global
      network within Field Service and tooling. This includes the active contribution
      to Global Field Service and global improvement/implementation projects.
    • Managing department financial budget and
      forecasting – own country and regional

    What you bring:

    • Proven experience in a leadership role within
      field service operations, preferably in the compression industry.
    • Strong technical knowledge of compression
      systems and rotating equipment.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,
      with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to
      delivering exceptional service. –
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align
      field service operations with organizational goals.
    • Effective communication skills in English.
    • Proven track record in optimizing field service
      processes and driving operational efficiency.
    • Eager and curious to learn and actively seek
      feedback impulses from inside and outside the organization.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and
      internationally as required.
