    A Snapshot of Your Day

    The Senior IT Business Analyst Foreign Trade/Customs (SAP) will participate in the Siemens Energy S/4 implementation project, interacting with internal and external providers. As part of this role, you will be working in a dynamic, project-driven working environment, ensuring that you collaborate closely with experts to design, develop and implement new business requirements in the Logistics, Sales and MM areas in S/4 and the surrounding IT applications for Foreign Trade/Customs

    How You’ll Make an Impact:

    • Lead a project team dedicated to design, development and rollout of the new global Foreign Trade / Customs process in SAP S/4
    • As a product owner, analyse and translate business requirements into IT system requirements and user stories
    • Ensure completeness of backlog and appropriate prioritization by business criticality
    • Creation and execution of the roadmap for the next releases of the Customs applications
    • Creation and execution of test plans as well as migration and cutover plans as part of the subsequent global rollouts
    • Support service managers in supervising IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures & standards
    • Align with operations teams to plan and execute deployments of functional or technical changes
    • Supervise design and implementation of new and existing IT operational processes
    • Ensure the performance and delivery of IT services to the users by coordinating delivery, integration, and interoperability across multiple IT services and suppliers

    What you bring:

    • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration
    • At least 5 years professional experience of shaping and managing business applications
    • Very good knowledge about SAP Logistics or MDG on key user level
    • A plus: expert knowledge about Foreign Trade / Customs processes
    • Very good analytical skills
    • Ideally first leadership experience
    • Professional experience within multinational enterprise.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and to global travel up to 30%.
    • Organizational talent, clear communication style plus structured way of working
    • Attitude to work shows a high degree of independence as well as good customer orientation.
    • English is fluent, and you are confident in business communication in English (German is an asset but not a must-have).
