    As a Factory & Performance Controlling Manager for Transformers at
    Siemens Energy, you will be at the heart of our factory’s financial
    operations. Your day will involve direct interaction with various departments
    including sales, planning, engineering, production, and quality to ensure
    that the factory’s production processes are accurately reflected in our
    systems. You will oversee and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient
    reporting related to the financial situation of the factory. This role is
    dynamic and offers constant learning opportunities as you implement improvements
    in reporting systems, process enhancements, and follow-ups with plant
    personnel.


    How You’ll Make
    an Impact

           Cost Monitoring
    and Control: Ensure the accuracy of criteria and execution of product costs
    (material, labor, factory overhead, etc.). Monitor and update standard costs
    compared to actual costs and the moving average cost of materials.

           Budgeting and
    Forecasting: Create budgets, supports, coordinates, and drives the planning
    process to ensure accuracy and efficiency and share insights within the team
    to understand the closure of our main KPIs.

           Financial
    Reporting: Conduct month-end tasks such as cost reallocation and provision
    control. Perform monthly internal controls, detailed analysis for
    improvement, and financial results review.

           Internal
    Controls and Audits: Support the extraction of accounting documents,
    inventory transactions, reconciliations, and other transactions subject to
    internal audits and tax reviews. Participate in the annual physical inventory
    and provide analysis and explanation of fluctuations in inventory balances.

           Stakeholder
    Interaction: Interact frequently with stakeholders in Headquarters and
    corporate departments in the country and the region. Helps identifying and
    implementing process improvements and automation to optimize efficiency.  Support corporate strategy for bids and
    project execution, focusing on price escalation formula aligned with business
    objectives and strategies.

           Managing
    currency risk and hedging operations and digitalization of processes.

    What You Bring 

           Professional Degree
    in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

           Experience in Performance
    Controlling and Cost controlling roles of 7 years minimum.

           Preferable
    experience with small teams or leading processes with teams.

           Proficiency in
    Excel and ERP systems like SAP and expertise in presentations of KPIs  to the board. Proficiency in data analysis
    tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).

           Fluent in English.

           Motivated in
    complex and changing environments, skills in conceptual work,
    self-management, and project management. Ability to communicate effectively
    in interdisciplinary and international teams, with strong interpersonal. High
    analytical capacity and attention to detail.
