How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Preparation of Technical and Commercial service proposals
- Provide administrative, technical and commercial support to
Sales team - Work to create and develop scope of proposals together with
other departments and entities. - Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support
proposals - Engagement and collaboration with other departments and entities
to handle orders - Participate in process improvement activities
- To always represent the organization in a professional manner,
both internally and externally - To follow the published processes and comply with all company
policies and procedures - To be an ambassador for the businesses and in particular to
ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times
What you Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related.
- Knowledge of Rotating Equipment
- Working knowledge of sales cycles and processes
- Knowledge of CRM Tool Salesforce.com (or other similar system)
- Previous Experience with complex tender compilation/preparation
- Strong Business Acumen and Commercial sense
- Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access) is essential
- Methodical with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Effective communication skills
- It is preferred to have experience of working in a Sales team
- Experience in working with Sales calculations
