Technical Analyst – Installation, Commissioning and Warranty

    As a Technical
    Analyst ICW, you are responsible during the sales and execution phases for
    creating installation and commissioning strategies based on actual Project
    information and implement these strategies into Installation and Commissioning
    (I&C) schedules for new projects in as well onshore as offshore
    applications.

    The scope you
    handle includes not only centrifugal compressors but also reciprocating
    compressors, gas and steam-turbine drives, electrical motor drives including
    the power systems, SCADA systems, and 3rd party supplies.

    For this role,
    close cooperation with our experts in the different Product Headquarters, our Service
    Organization and other (3rd party) service organizations is required


    How You’ll Make an Impact


    • Develop
      standard installation and commissioning schedules for all products in our
      portfolio, for both onshore and offshore applications, in cooperation with
      Service Product Line Managers and Product Centers of Competence (PCCs). Utilize
      schedule analytics to optimize project timelines and resource allocation
    • Define
      project-specific installation and commissioning schedules by thoroughly
      understanding the project scope and client requirements
      .
    • Identify
      potential risks and bottlenecks in the installation and commissioning
      schedules and propose mitigation strategies.
    • Define Field
      service staff requirement and strategies based on I&C schedule.
    • Support
      projects in execution by providing installation and commissioning
      schedules in coordination with the Project Installation &
      Commissioning Managers and Project Managers.
    • Coordinate
      between project stakeholders and installation and commissioning experts
      for technical clarifications on installation and commissioning schedules.


    What You Bring


    • Experience in installation and commissioning
      project execution of rotary machines, preferably in the oil and gas
      industry.
    • MS-Projects and Primavera software experience is
      plus.
    • Off-shore Installation and commissioning know-how
      is a plus.
    • Installation
      & Commissioning strategy development
    • Good English language proficiency.
    • Initiator and progress driven skill
    • Building information networks
    • Strong
      analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent
      communication and interpersonal skills.
