With two thriving locations in Holywood and Bangor, we offer a wide range of services including Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Massage Therapy, Pilates, and of course, Podiatry.     We are looking for an experienced Lead Podiatrist to join our team and help us expand and elevate our podiatry services even further.

    Key Responsibilities :
    Provide exceptional podiatric care, specializing in both routine and complex conditions.
    Lead and develop our podiatry services across both clinics, ensuring we offer the highest standard of care.
    Use advanced technologies such as Footscan to assess balance, gait, and walking patterns.
    Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans for clients.
    Mentor and support other team members, fostering a positive and collaborative clinic culture.
    Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to staff training.
    Help develop new programs and initiatives based on client needs and feedback, ensuring our services remain cutting-edge.

    What We’re Looking For :
    Degree in Podiatry and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
    Significant clinical experience in podiatry, ideally with some leadership experience.
    Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across a range of podiatric conditions.
    A passion for patient care with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
    A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest evidence-based practices.
    Experience with advanced technologies such as Footscan is a plus.
