Salary: Up to £80,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager to join our client’s service, a beautiful and modern care home situated near the River Lea in Ware. It provides Residential, Nursing, Palliative, and Dementia care within a vibrant and supportive community.This is your chance to become part of a dynamic team and make a real difference to the lives of residents. - Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a care home
- setting.
- A valid Nursing PIN
or management qualifications (NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent). - Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering person-centred care with compassion and empathy.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care is consistently delivered.
- Lead and develop a team of care professionals to meet the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies, maintaining the home’s Good rating.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure the home operates efficiently.
- Implement innovative care practices and drive improvements to continually enhance the quality of service
