    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Support day by day of regional clients with Technical inquires related to outages in sync with local and PL Technical Support Group.
    • Participate in outages preparation meetings and support local outages’ execution.
    • Participate in customers meetings upon required by Field Services or Project Management Group
    • Technical clarification on inspection scopes (Activities, tools, schedule, resources, etc.) with customer both internals and externals.
    • Create and follow-up SFDC cases with operational/mech support.
    • Fault Reports creation during major events.
    • Spare Parts definition for crafting selling Opportunities.
    • Tools and Instrument support for regional Siemens.
    • Processes and way of working clarification to regional Siemens and Sweden Product Competence Center.
    • Day to day customer care and tech inquiries from Customer. (pre / during / post outages and in normal operations)
    • Service Bulleting process clarification and preliminary scopes.
    • Support Product Competence Center for solving tech questions and interaction with region and customer.
    • Eventually support as Application Engineer schedule outages when requested by AE PL Team.

    What You Bring

    • University Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
    • Professional Experience 5 years in Thermal Power Plants positions.
    • Technical Knowledge: Gas Turbines, IT tools.
    • English/Spanish, at professional working proficiency level.
    • Soft Skills results focused, Customer happiness oriented, multicultural approach.
