How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop deployment plans to ensure optimum resource
utilization for power generation and oil & gas business areas. - Work with Field Service Managers and Project Managers to
fulfill all the project’s requirements. - Actively connect with resource pools within other regional
organizations (Middle East, Europe/Africa, North & South America) to
cover excess demand of resources in Egypt and support other regional
organizations with resources as available and required. - Develop and supervise the hiring plan throughout the
financial year. - Monitor and update the training plan of the field service
personnel. - Develop the required KPIs that serve the reporting
requirements to the Management. - Develop periodic reports detailing the performance
indicators.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- 1-5 years of experience.
- More than 2 years of experience in Planning/ Project
Controls. - Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
- Good solid understanding of MS Office suite.
- Good knowledge in Data Analysis.
- Good working knowledge of Power Bi is preferred.
- Ability to moderate meetings and align cross-functional teams
in a multicultural environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to optimally collaborate across diverse cultural backgrounds. - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
