What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team, creating outstanding dishes with the finest ingredients
- Implement innovative menu ideas, taking a hands-on approach to cooking
- Drive sales through exciting promotions and creative food presentations
- Manage all aspects of food safety, health & safety, and monitor kitchen costs to stay within budget
