    A Snapshot of Your Day

    Working
    closely with the development teams to ensure the development practices and
    solutions being developed meet the latest Cyber Security requirements and
    needs.

    Guiding and
    coaching the development teams on best practices associated to the latest
    standards such as IEC 62443 and assisting the businesses with understanding the
    use of the systems to align with operational standards.

    Coordinating
    and/or completing cyber security activities and documentation such as TRA’s,
    Pen Tests etc.

    Act as a
    bridge to the global cybersecurity function; collaborating with cybersecurity
    experts for governance and compliance topics.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Vulnerability monitoring, patch management of
      Edge Computing solutions.
    • Support and advise the development team in secure
      software development and secure system design.
    • Evaluate technical solutions and system
      architecture of Connectivity and Edge solutions.
    • System hardening.
    • Support Thread, Risk Analysis and organizing of
      Penetration Tests.

    What You Bring

    • Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity
      Specialist or similar role in software development projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows
      10, Windows Server 2019 and 2022, Linux) and system hardening.
    • Knowledge about norms like IEC62443, ISO27001,
      NERC CIP.
    • In-depth knowledge about secure development
      standards and Secure Coding.
    • In-depth knowledge about secure system
      architecture, secure network structures and potential security threats.
    • Knowledge of dependency track / vulnerability
      monitoring, patch management, update processes and malware protection.
    • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery
      concepts.
    • Knowledge of security testing, integrity testing
      and acceptance testing.
    • Knowledge of secure data transmission, secure
      remote access.
    • In-depth knowledge about Cryptography.
    • A deep understanding of how hackers think and
      work and ability to keep knowledge of cybersecurity threats and
      countermeasures up to date.
    • Ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses
      of IT systems.
    • Excellent team working and communication skills.
    • High and matured writing and speaking skills in
      English.
    • An analytical mind with logical thinking and
      excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to travel internationally (up to 4 times
      per year).

    Nice to have:

    • Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements in the
      Energy Sector, e.g., BDEW Whitepapers “Requirements for Secure
      Control and Telecommunication Systems”.
    • Understanding of Docker.
    • Knowledge of protocols for data exchange such as
      OPC.
    • Knowledge of relational databases such as
      Postgres.

    The Software Engineering and Product Development (SPD) teams are
    responsible for developing software solutions for both internal and external
    customers.

    The IBS team provide solutions, applications, and platforms that acquire
    store and process data to be used to improve the operation and maintenance of
    power production, power distribution facilities and industrial facilities of
    all sizes this includes the development of data acquisition and storage
    systems, digital twins, analytic platforms and agents, artificial intelligent
    and machine learning applications, and algorithms.

    As part of the Connectivity and Edge team we provide solutions for data
    acquisition, connectivity solutions and BoP monitoring technologies.
