    The day of a Business Owner for PE Integration Layer (f/m/d) involves strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and further development. You oversee R&D strategy, engage with team members to set priorities, and collaborate with other departments to align efforts. Additionally, you assess new technologies, manage budgets, and make critical decisions to ensure that R&D initiative align with the company’s overall strategic direction.
    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive development strategy for PE Integration Layer aligned with all stakeholders.
    • Lead and manage a team of R&D professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-performance and collaboration.
    • Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and market opportunities to drive innovation and product development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure R&D efforts are aligned with business needs.
    • Oversee the budgeting, resource allocation, and project prioritization for PE Integration Layer
    • Foster a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the R&D team to encourage innovation and professional development.
    What You Bring
    • Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, science, business administration) required
    • Proven experience in technical leadership within R&D, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and demonstrating a track record of successful product development and innovation
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align R&D efforts with company goals
    • Deep understanding of Energy Businesses and Processes
    • Knowledge about data preparation and data flow in projects
    • Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and project prioritization within an R&D setting
