Our client, a dedicated healthcare organization in Peterborough, is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of £35 and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care. Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients.
Duties:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients
- Conduct medication reviews and optimise patient treatment plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective use of medicines
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services and initiatives
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
