Hours – 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days on, 4 days off

Join us a Repair Technician at our Customer Repair Centre in Newark and you’ll be responsible for repairing laptops, notebooks and televisions across a range of manufacturers and faults.
You’ll get a buzz out of providing a high-quality service to all our customers through a strong standard of repair at one of the leading repair centres In Europe!
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Repairing customer laptops/notebooks/televisions to manufacturers guidelines
- Adhering to targets set by the department
- Working together with the wider team to exceed customer expectations
You will need:
- Basic knowledge of common software and hardware
- Previous electronic experience or understanding
- Experience in a customer focussed environment
- Ability to speak to customers by phone
