    Our Client

    Is a global leader in the supply of superior, lightweight, robust aluminium foil packaging for food for many leading retail brands as well as foil containers for wholesaler and distributor markets worldwide.

    The Role

    They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, known internally as an Internal Account Manager who will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by managing day-to-day customer account activity, allowing the commercial team to focus on business growth.

    Acting as the liaison between the organisation and customers, timely and quality communication is key to achieving excellent customer service.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and expectations
    • Handle purchase orders, maintain order book, and ensure timely delivery
    • Proactively manage customer orders and resolve issues promptly
    • Own and resolve customer complaints efficiently
    • Support External National Account Managers, assist in new account set up and achieve targets
    • General administrative duties to support the wider team

    About You

    Essential experience for the role is:

    • FMCG industry experience
    • FMCG forecasting experience
    • Strong customer relationship-building skills

    The ideal candidate will also have:

    • Knowledge of commodity-driven products and pricing
    • Understanding of the UK food industry
    • Experience with SAP and CRM systems
