Key Responsibilities:
- As a Learning Support Assistant, provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support, both in-class and outside, focusing on student progress
- Work closely with SEN students, addressing unique learning needs and promoting a positive learning experience
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and well-managed learning environment
Role Requirements:
- Degree (1:1 or 2:1) from a top UK university
- Previous experience supporting children, particularly in SEN
- Confidence in behaviour management and a proactive approach to assisting in the classroom
