    Prospectus is excited to be partnering with our client in the search for a Senior Philanthropy Manager.

    The organisation funds critical research, which has led to life-changing discoveries – like the first insulin pen and programmes to put type 2 diabetes into remission. With more people than ever living with diabetes and millions more at risk of developing type 2, their work has never been more needed. They make sure the people affected get the care and support needed to live well with diabetes and avoid devastating complications.

    The Senior Philanthropy Manager is a full-time permanent role, paying a salary of £47,348 to £52,609 per annum. This is a London based position with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

    As Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will lead on securing and developing key relationships with philanthropists able to fund the charity’s work at a high level. You will lead your team to grow the charity’s philanthropy programme overall, increasing the total value of the programme and attracting a higher number of donors, giving at all levels, across the UK.

    The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of stablishing and overseeing donor giving circles and volunteer committees. They are looking for someone with a track record of securing new high value donations from philanthropists (6 & 7-figure, multi-year) in support of vital work.
