    Sales Support Administrator

    Salary: £28-£35k (dependent on experience)
    Location: Office-based with the option to work from home after probation
    Start Date: Immediate

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Expertise:
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping standards
  • Sales Team Support:
  • Enter notes into Salesforce
  • Generate quotes and proposals
  • Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce, including renewals
  • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing for quotes
  • Register deals with vendors
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for meetings and events
  • Customer and Vendor Communication:
  • Liaise with key customers regarding events
  • Handle smaller renewals for tier 3 customers
  • Complete vendor-specific training for accreditations
  • Update vendors on deal statuses
  • Event and Brand Management:
  • Attend distributor and vendor events to maintain brand visibility
  • Encourage customers to leave reviews for case studies and references
  • Bid Management:
  • Oversee the logistics of bids to ensure timely completion by relevant parties
  • Data Management:
  • Assist with data management for BDM prospecting
