    Temporary Administration Assistant

    We are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our clients’ team as an Administration Assistant.
    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain computer and paper-based document filing systems
    • Review and distribute documents in line with agreed departmental procedures
    • Maintain accurate computer and paper-based records, logging distributed documents
    • Process responses to documents issued
    • Chase responses to documents issued where required
    • Administer requests for information and conduct periodic archiving
    • Stay up to date with all company policies and procedures, industry legislation, and guidance applicable to your subject field
