You will play a vital role in creating a secure environment and welcoming all office visitors. This role requires an SIA licence and is ideal for someone with corporate or hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and Directing: Greet and assist visitors, clients, partners, and employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate areas.
- Safety Concerns: Handle any safety concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring the well-being of all individuals on-site.
- Meeting Room Setup: Prepare and set up meeting rooms as required, ensuring they are ready for use.
- Event Support: Provide support for events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Valid SIA licence.
- Experience in a corporate front of house role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to handle security and safety concerns with professionalism.
