    Your new company

    A global, multi-billion dollar business that can offer an enormous product range to its clients, they operate across multiple geographies and sectors and are highly specialist in their approach.
    Your new role

    You will be the first point of contact for the customer in relation to their order placement, receiving customer orders by phone and email, and dealing with any queries about the orders, including things such as pricing and delays.
    You will develop and maintain good, long-term relationships with clients, following best practices and utilising strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
    You’ll support customers in dealing with any damaged or delayed goods and will put together professional emails and work closely with colleagues to ensure that customers receive the best service possible.
    You’ll work closely with account managers and support them in delivering the goods customers need.
    What you’ll need to succeed
    You will need exceptional communication skills and have gained previous experience working in a similar role, direct contact with customers in an office setting. Dealing with the movement of goods to customers and any issues that may arise from this is preferred.
