The Role:In this role, you will collaborate closely with statutory criminal justice agencies to provide supported housing solutions for individuals transitioning from prison. The service is dedicated to empowering clients, helping them build resilience, develop essential skills, and gain independence.As a Casework Coordinator, you will manage referrals, assess clients’ needs, and offer tailored support to help them sustain housing and achieve positive life changes. You will also be responsible for fostering productive partnerships with key agencies such as the National Probation Service, the Police, and other criminal justice and support services to ensure comprehensive support.
