About Us: We are a dedicated housing association committed to providing quality homes and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Repairs Scheduler to join our team in Blackpool.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance work for our housing properties.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all scheduled repairs and completed work.
Monitor and prioritise repair requests to meet service level agreements.
Provide excellent customer service and handle any queries or complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within the housing or construction sector.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of QL is desirable.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
