PM at
Siemens Energy
As a
Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for planning,
organizing, and controlling resources and processes to achieve project/program
objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality, budget, and safety.
This role requires a general knowledge of project/business requirements and/or
specific technical knowledge to successfully complete projects/programs.
How
You’ll Make an Impact
- Define
implementation strategies to ensure the achievement of project/program
objectives. - Organize project
teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and
determine resource requirements based on specific issues. - Monitor and report
on project progress (cost, schedule, and staff allocation). - Ensure compliance
with contractual specifications and internal and external quality
standards (e.g., International Organization for Standardization). - Identify and
resolve obstacles to project delivery on time and on budget. - Manage multiple
interdependent projects, including internal business transformation
projects. - Oversee the
integration of supplier tasks into the project plan, monitor, and review
supplier deliverables. - Master the
relationship with all internal/external stakeholders of projects,
determine the required actions, and ensure customer satisfaction while
achieving organizational objectives.
What You
Bring
- Master’s degree in
project management (PMP certification is a plus). - Leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate a
project. - Excellent listening
skills (to clients and colleagues). - Flexibility and ability
to adapt to the unexpected. - Ability to identify and
manage risks and opportunities. - Understanding of
applicable norms, standards, and laws. - Proactive management of
changes, including non-conformities. - Costing of offers or
changes. - Mediation skills in the
event of conflicts. - Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. - Knowledge of project
management tools (MSP, Office 365, etc.). - Proficiency in English,
minimum equivalent level B1 according to CECRL.
