How You Will Make an Impact
1-
Inventory Management:
- Receive
and inspect incoming goods for quantity, quality, and accuracy according
to Siemens policy and procedures. - Maintain
an organized inventory system, ensuring accurate tracking of stock. - Conduct
regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Storage and Organization:
- Ensure
goods are stored accurately, with items being kept in appropriate
locations to prevent damage and ensure easy access. - Label
and arrange items systematically for easy identification and retrieval. - Maintain
a clean, orderly, and safe store/warehouse environment.

Issuing Goods:
- Issue
materials and supplies to the departments based on requests. - Record
all stock movements and maintain detailed records of issued goods.

Stock Control:
- Ensure
goods received match purchase orders and invoice details. - Supervise
stock shelves life and report the responsible department to take the
needed action.

Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce
to safety guidelines and ensure the store area is free from hazards. - Ensure
accurate handling and storage of hazardous materials, if applicable. - Start
in sync with company policies and legal regulations regarding inventory
and safety standards.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain
accurate records of inventory transactions. - Generate
reports on stock levels, inventory movements, and wastage. - Assist
with audits by providing necessary documentation and data. - Report
any damaged & lost items and prepare the document for disposing and
archiving according to Siemens policy and procedures

Customer Service:
- Assist
internal teams in locating and retrieving specific items from stock. - Aid
suppliers or external collaborators when vital.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or
equivalent experience (bachelor’s degree may be preferred for some roles). - Validated experience as a
storekeeper or in a similar inventory-related role. - Proven understanding of
inventory management and stock control systems. - Proficiency with inventory
management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). - Good interpersonal and
problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail
and ability to maintain accurate records. - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of safety
standards and regulations in storage and warehousing. - Forklift operation
certification (if applicable). - Typically work in a
warehouse or store environment. - May require standing,
lifting, and coordinating materials for extended periods.
