An established and well respected construction company is looking for an experienced and competent Contracts Manager to cover a wide range of public & private sector projects from commercial, retail new build and refurbishment to new build multi-tenure developments including both affordable and private sale housing projects. They cover Herts, Beds & Bucks areas and sometimes beyond.
Your new role
Actively monitor contract performance, contract documentation & risksBuilding and maintaining good relationships with clients & suppliers
Developing plans for the schedule of works
Contract negotiation
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous relevant UK experiencePrevious relevant experience in Contract ManagementExcellent communication skills
Excellent depth of business knowledge
