    Grounds Maintenance Operative

    Location: South Tyneside (covering properties across Northeast postcodes) Salary: £26,000 per year
    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of various properties across the Northeast. If you have a passion for working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful landscapes, we want to hear from you!
    Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and weeding.
  • Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment.
  • Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Respond to client requests and feedback professionally.

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
  • PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates (desirable).
  • Relevant City and Guilds qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
