    Your new company

    We are looking to recruiting personable, flexible and motivated IDVA’s to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our users. You will be involved in the care and meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental issues. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will work alongside staff from other professions.

    Your new role

    Working closely with the users to manage their needs. This will involve liaising with other agencies to help the people you support keep their place within the property through supporting their finances and promoting their independence. You will be completing activities to promote and build self-esteem. Typical shifts will be 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    You will need at least 6 months experience in a similar position within the last 2 years, desirable experience in the mental health field, dealing with domestic violence, drug and alcohol abuse, helping people with housing and their benefits.
