Responsible for UK B2B income generation and target achievement, you will source, promote, manage and build client relationships with businesses primarily based within the UK and generate sales of our products to them, to grow the business and brand.
Account Management – New Clients
Contact and management of new clients by: Telephone, Email and other Digital communications such as Skype
Recording of communications and contact points on CRM System
Maintenance and updating of all client information on CRM System
Client profiling to make targeted stock offers
Sales based pricing negotiation
Upselling of products & order building
Relationship building and business development
Monitor and increase sales levels to customers
Working to KPI’s to achieve sales targets
Promotion of company services such as Sales Portals
Visiting clients where necessary for business development
Business Development – New Clients
Proactive sourcing of new customers/clients
Introduction of Global to new businesses
Winning new business
Conducting due diligence on proposed new clients
Client profile building
Making bespoke offers for new clients
Attending UK exhibitions to represent the company
People & Communication – UK B2B Team
Contribute to high levels of employee engagement and team spirit
Act as a role model by being accountable for setting & demonstrating high standards of behaviour
Build trust and credibility to develop strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and managers in the business
Administration & Internal Account Management
Completion of sales orders and job cards for the warehouse where required
Liaising with the Purchasing Team
Assisting with the production of product pricing
Order Processing when required
Sales forecasting
Develop, maintain and providing exceptional product knowledge to customers
Creation of bespoke stock offers for clients
Responding to inbound information requests
Proactive shipment status checking / delivery monitoring
Deal pack production and checking
Working as part of a team to achieve company targets and sharing best practice
Proactive and positive contribution to meetings
Advanced Replacement – working within operational structures for client services
