    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Integrate Procurement into the project management process, including repair projects, and oversee all Procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Coordinate early and effective involvement of procurement during the sales and bid phase.
    • Establish a proper sourcing process, control all Procurement resources and activities in the project, and inform all involved within the Procurement Team to deliver optimum impact for the business in terms of budget, availability, timeline, and quality.
    • Support project calculation with reliable and up-to-date cost data based on Total Cost of Ownership (ToCO).
    • Define and implement strategies for projects and commodities in alignment with all related stakeholders, including Global & Regional Procurement Teams, Sales, Technical & Commercial PM, and Field Service.
    • Introduce negotiation recommendations and prepare for negotiations with suppliers, initiating appropriate measures.
    • Ensure mitigation of major Procurement risks, changes to the original scope of supply, and potential claims are covered in valid contracts.
    • Maintain regular contact with relevant interfaces to gather information, fully inform network partners, and ensure information exchange.
    • Perform Supplier Management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification, and update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best-in-class suppliers.
    • Follow up with suppliers regarding non-conformance costs (NCC) and maintain a continuous focus on professional Supplier Relationship Management.
    • Continuously improve Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-eƯicient supply of materials for projects in the country and region.
    • Monitor the market to decide the optimum sourcing strategy and cooperate with the best suppliers. Organize and support localization projects to increase sourcing volume from local and qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
    • Generate, document, and implement main Procurement KPIs, such as savings, On-Time Delivery, Non-Conformance costs, and Cost-out Programs.
    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
    • At least 10 years of experience in the procurement function, preferably in the service business with specific knowledge of repair centers.
    • Very good command of English & Arabic.
    • Advanced level of negotiation skills.
    • Very good knowledge of MS OƯice programs, SAP, and data analysis.
    • Experience in digitalization and data management in procurement.
    • Good knowledge of contract and project management.
    • Good understanding of P2P processes.
    • Advanced knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
