A Snapshot of Your Day
In this strategic position, you will be leading and coordinating the implementation of improvement projects and processes within our global Field Service organization, ensuring consistent and best-in-class practices are applied across all regions. You will partner with the management and collaborators at all levels (from operational to upper management) to find opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure consistent delivery of successful projects. You will also play a key role in driving a culture of continuous improvement within the Field Service organization. This will involve fostering a collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas and see opportunities for streamlining processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop, implement, and lead global project management frameworks, including standardized processes, IT tools, and templates
- Cross-functional collaboration between teams, departments, and global locations to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives
- Communicate project progress and results reliably to collaborators at all levels
- Identify and supervise project risks and dependencies
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and patterns that can improve the decision-making process within Field Service
What You Bring
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading global projects with multicultural partners
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and experience implementing digital solutions
- Knowledge of business issues in the electric power industry, particularly related to high voltage services, is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques; certification is advantageous
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with experience in a global, cross-cultural environment; fluent in English
