We’re looking for a Senior QuantitySurveyor to join our Eastern & Midlands Construction team basedon site in Waterbeach, Cambridge.

What will you be responsiblefor?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll beworking within the Commercial team, supporting them on a wide rangeof projects from Education to commercial, healthcare, leisure,public sector and more.
Your day to day willinclude:
- Provide commercial input includingfinancial and contractual performance forecasts to the managementteam. Help ensure that business targets and KPI’s areexceeded
- Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area,together with review of results and consideration of trends withother contract team members
- Production ofcommercial reports together with review of results andconsideration of trends with other contract teammembers
- Physical measurement of works and agreement of same withclient and subcontractors
- Agreement ofcertification and payment of subcontractor accounts – monitoring ofsuch accounts against forecasts
What are we lookingfor?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor isgreat for you if:
- Holder of a Full UKDrivers Licence
- Educated to Degree level, orequivalent experience
- Experience within a similarrole
- Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Officein particular Excel
